I am curious who I was competing with on this sponsor. Unless you're Mael, Sergey or Simonas you aren't going to outrun me on a sponsor this season, so I don't understand why people waste time fighting. In the final race the progress was 90% vs 60 average... just let it go my friend :)

Hi mates,
It's a really hard beginning of the season to me, coming from ama. You are very experienced mánagers, i'll try to do my best. Good luck to all of you:)

I am mainly writing this to try to distract Simonas whilst he does his qualifying with 5 minutes left :D

Wow, crazy one. I got lucky and unlucky just like the real vegas. I can't believe
1. So many gambled on insta-rain, given it gobbles your wets up 2. So many ran full wet setups 3. I had 0% fuel when the rain stopped (pure luck) 4. Mael still won despite the same XS tyre mistake I made!
Annoyingly I was confident the XS would do 17 laps. I only took the XS because I was convinced we've have much later rain. Oh well, I feel damn lucky to have not dropped a crap load of points - I rate myself 2/10 tonight.

It was a fair gamble - some win and some lose. Don't be too harsh on yourself. Some of the luck is always earned. Well done!

I don't consider the fact of having put the XT as a mistake, it was a possibility depending on the weather which could be the best solution, but that did not happen. While the start, the chances that going with Dry tyres rather than Wet tyres would save time seemed very low to me.

I should have put that as "mistake" because I too fully believed it was the optimal strategy based on an assumption of when the rain would stop. I was well covered for early or late ending of rain but it happened to stop 2 laps before the range of the tyre! Oh well, we both got away with it eh!
I want to say thanks to Mael being so quick, as I can save my boost laps as fastest lap just is not possible :P

And yet, neither victory nor fastest lap, well done Aziz ;)

Woohoo, fastest lap - I don't get those very often!
It's a shame I had a 1 second Q1 mistake denying me a better starting position, but the pace wasn't fully there in the race anyway because a) I forgot to update my setup after testing and b) Sticking to "el plan" which is a marathon not a sprint :)

I must protest how much easier the other side of the cup draw is! Will be nice to beat Aziz, especially how close it was after the first race, but I will then get destroyed by Mael anyway.
Enjoying this slow consistent season :)

Gratz on the championship win Mael, it’s secured! Truly dominant from the start, would be nice to not have an OBR contender against me for promo but at least I have a benchmark for master!

Thanks Chris and Aziz ;) Great season indeed, I managed to be fairly consistent with very good performances even if we always want more !
We should have a nice battle for 3rd place between Aziz and Jouni, since for Chris your place in Masters is acquired :)

Congrats, Mael! Superior performance! You can't get much more consistent than that. :)
Pat on the back to Chris as well on the promotion!

It’s been a surprisingly smooth season for me, I didn’t expect to be first after racing Mael during the last season. I had to work on my driver so no high ct or spa treatments and I just tried to stay consistent. The only big mistake was Buenos Aires, and it was a tricky start with Simonas.
now I’m building for master, the car level will rocket as I hate taking money on promo, why not hit the track at full speed and work on money later :)
a big thanks to Mael for being sporting on sponsors. Good luck in the cup, damn you got me in q2!!

When you do a Q that’s 2nd best in all of pro you think… AHA I HAVE YOU NOW FRENCHIE ;-)
And then Mael casually goes faster :)

Congrats to all the managers who have achieved their goals. I´ll try to come back asap. Best regards and happy new year, mates.

Epic comeback Jouni from a slow season start. Kept the faith in your plan! It was some crazy speed to beat my FL when I’m on XS, high risk, with 7 laps of fuel and boosts!! You owe me a million you sneaky ninja ;-)
Good luck next season everyone. The p13 forum can go back to silence once I’m gone, sleep in peace :)

Thanks, Chris! A bit too raw package in the season start and along the way I managed to create a few unnecessary hardships on my own - but the job got done eventually. :D
Win, the Cup and even the FL were surprises. Of course welcomed ones. Might be twisting the knife in the wound, but based on my average speed (1:26.303) FL is pretty much last thing to expect. :D As consolation you can collect your receivables from Mael. He owes me quite a few millions more for dirty tricks on sponsor front. ;)
Thanks everyone for tight season! See you in M. Happy new year!

@Gerardo Rodriguez P13 you have certainly landed in a very quiet group. Just checked in, to see how you are doing with the Pros. Not too good. All is not lost though, still many more races left of this season. Good luck Gerardo

Thank you my dear @Dean Francis A52, in these races I am trying to contain my driver and strengthen other aspects before starting the path to permanence, since that is none other than the objective of this season. Greetings

Welp, one more season with me you lucky people :D
