Association One Europe just recently received Loyalty achievement for having the same team members line up for 10 seasons, but now one of our members has quit GPRO and we need to recruit.
We appreciate:
- 100% race participation
- Basic knowledge of GPRO
- Activity in team forum
- Long term memberships
- Willingness to analyze and learn game details
- Supporter status
If you really want to get to Elite - and are ready to do some extra work for that - we will have the knowledge and tools you need.

Looking for a team with the knowledge to help you reach your goals with a relaxed atmosphere? Then the AO family just might be the team for you.
It's looking like we'll have a couple openings from retiring managers at seasons end so this is the time to get to get those apps in.
What we're looking for:
- Race in every race (we have plenty of willing managers to holiday if needed)
- Be active in our forums
- Managers looking for a long term team (No team hoppers need apply)
- Must have a good basic knowledge of GPRO)
- We don't care where you're from but we communicate in English only
- Ability to click a button before and after every race for our collective data base
- We prefer supporter status but that is not a requirement
What we have to offer:
- Everything you'll ever need to reach your GPRO goals
- Toni's vast collection of on tap beer every Tuesday and Fridays
- Did I mention we have everything you'll ever need to reach your GPRO goals?
While we can supply you with all the right tools, what we can't do is dictate what driver you'll chose or TD or how you decide to handle your S & F or testing or training or the strats you decide to use. But, that being said we are more than happy to assist with advice when asked.
We have a relaxed atmosphere so therefor we do not put any demands on our managers but are always willing to help those that seek our advice.

So here it is the day before S89 starts and you're thinking to yourself, I really need to join a team. Well, you're in luck because the AO family has one opening and you just might be the one we are looking for.
So here's all you need to do to become that lucky manager to join us.
Send Toni or Giovanni, or heck, send Damir your app, they all love getting new mail.
I guess if you really feel the need you can tell us all about your personal life but we'd prefer to know what your desires and goals are in GPRO.
We prefer you to have a basic knowledge of the game but if your game play is limited don't let that keep you from sending in that app. We are looking for a loyal manager that will stick around for a bit and has a desire to grow in knowledge with'n the game.

Bump. Great opportunity to join a team that has the knowledge and knows how to share it. I joined back in S72 and frankly couldn't find a better team for long term cooperation and planning.
Send the message to Toni even if you're unsure if there are better candidates. We'll handle this professionally and you'll definitely get a response and solid internal discussion about your application. Our requirements are very basic so any at least Ama established manager has a chance to join if the attitude is correct.
We're looking to get next people to Elite. 18 managers made it there while racing under AO colours. Will you be our 19th successful manager?
