This is the Topic to find an  English speaking mentor/mentee.

🟠 It's very simple, if you are available and a new player signs up to the scheme, just quote the manager's request post in this thread, add their tag, and send them a pm.
🟠 They will then be removed from the looking for list and added to the assignments.
MENTORS NEED TO START THE MESSAGING
🟠 New managers who have not started their first race yet cannot send new messages, but now message replies have been enabled. That means that mentors can communicate with them normally if they start the messaging, so be sure to PM the newbie and start communication. |  |

🟠 Are you struggling to understand what to do, are your results not what you expect, are you a returning manager who has forgotten the basics, as long as you are not in a team then we can help you 🤩
🟠 Join the mentor program, we are here to help you, and it is totally free. We have a great group of managers who are prepared to help you through the initial stages.
🟠 If you introduce yourself and let some things about you be known (how did you find the game, for example), your chances to get the attention from a mentor will be higher, so do not be shy and tell something about yourself when you sign up!
🟠 While you wait for a mentor, get some reading done! Some useful links to newbie material (this will also help you spot your doubts, so you can have some to clear out with the mentor!!)

🔴 The Mentor must have a minimum of 3 seasons experience, and have retained in Amateur.
🔴 Try to avoid replying straight out detailed information/FOBY. When possible, use links directing managers to the relevant rule or section in the guides that address the question, adding any clarification if needed.
🔴 If you aren't sure of an answer to a question, then please take the time to find out the answer, and be honest with the mentee.
🔴 The scheme is designed to help new managers through the early stages and any manager who is struggling to grasp the basics, including returning managers who have forgotten the basics. So please direct them to the rules and guides for any questions that they ask to substantiate your answers. Also, remember that this game has a very steep learning curve.
Use your experience to guide struggling managers through the overcomplicated layout of the home page and the procedure to prepare for a race.
Let the mentee ask the questions rather than you reeling off everything that you know about the game, as this will only overwhelm them. Tackle the key areas and keep a track of their progress during the mentoring period, if they appear to be making fundamental mistakes than a polite PM inquiring if they are getting on okay or do they need some advice.
🔴 Do not refer/post links to Blacklisted sites. New players will learn very little managerial skills if using those from early stages, and there's of course also the reliability factor of the data posted in those to take into account.
🔴 Mentoring lasts for a minimum of 3 races.
🔴 If you are a new manager who is in a team or has joined a team on the program, then it is expected for the team to take responsibility to guide you.
🔴 Remember, mentoring is fun and a great way to meet new managers!! |

After the notification was published this morning (thanks @Vladimir Alexandrov (R3) for that), we were able to clean the Newbies waiting for a Mentor list. There's only one newbie left who seems to not have been online in several days, so we'll leave him in the list in case he logs back in in a couple days (won't be assigned unless he re-appears)
Next steps are:

@Olyveira Alvez (A31) , @Donizete Goyano (P5) , @Henrique Nunes (P15) and @Ivan Silva (E) , I suggest you check the Topic in Portuguese Language, as there might be a need for Mentors speaking Portuguese at the moment. Marcos Rodrigues will be happy to get your help in there!

Just spotted Mark already is part of the Down Under Racing - Southern team. Hence being mentored and listed in here is not an option.
Being part of a team would suggest that team taking care of getting it's members up to speed in this game. I'm bound by mentoring rules (see above), and thus am unable to lend that helping hand.
Good luck though,you too will get there one day ;)
