So Jon, when / if there is a next COMBAT game, what will it be about? (Hint: there's a correct answer :P)

Lol probs not Sonic...it's a case of when (not if), but I'm actually bringing out at least 1 more game before then. So...likely late this year/early next year I suspect.
As for what it will be about...Game of Thrones feels a logical one but I'll decide nearer the time.

Ania was definitely the MVP. If she had died on the turn where everyone was on Endor, I think the game would have turned out very differently. The fact that Leia and Han got some free turns safe from Order 66 was the crucial bit. Without R2, HP levels would have been a lot lower, so I may have had a chance of picking off Luke or Leia in the end.
I actually found myself in a weird spot when my win condition changed from "stay alive with any light" to "stay alive with 1 dark only"and there were SOOO many dark characters. For a long time my plan was to try to turn back light, but the light characters were just too weak. I didn't really want to go after Darth Maul since I figured he'd be the strongest and best ally, but I had to do something and the opportunity was there.
Also, why was Lando not affected by Order 66?

Yeah, I was very lucky to have survived the Order 66. I must also say that I was really fortunate to have been attacked by Michael/Mace, because I was mentally preparing for another Order 66 and was convinced I wouldn’t have survived a 2nd round of that! Totally slipped my mind that people could be stealthed, thats what the trackers were for… :P

No I never did. I was able to move or attack whenever I had to
