I made it to Dec 23rd before Whamaggedon hit me. lol

I died on 16 December. I was in the city centre and went to check the Christmas market because I wouldn't mind a mulled wine. First, I saw that the mulled wine was 5 euros for a cup and then, as I walked away I heard the song that should not be heard. Speaking of a double Whammy.

What I don't know can't hurt me \m/
The best shot they had on me was on a 4 hour car ride where every radio station was conspiring to sneak in some Christmas cheer, but I smartly avoided any strays from hitting me by having earphones on the whole time.

My Mrs called me up from school this week where she was helping to prepare Christmas dinner for the kids... She didn't speak, all I heard was that sweet sweet voice accompanied by keyboard.
Now we're both zombies

You might call it an 'ear bug'. hehee
The kind of tune that worms its way, all day, in your head. Another tune like that is 'Auld Lang Syne' everybody moans that out on New Year's eve. I hear it until January the 7th!!! lol

2 hours to go, I am not leaving my home anymore. Only thing that could kill me in these final hours are YouTube ads.
I am frankly surprised that I haven't heard it tbf. There were countless occassions where I could (and should) have perished (at school, on christmas parties, on my 1h way to work while having the radio on) but apparently WDR2 is fed up of the song too.
On one party I thought I heard it faintly, but luckily for me, it was the Taylor Swift version.

Agree, I like the song but not so much the lyrics though. Yet I won, I heard lots of Christmas songs on various occasions but somehow this was not one of them! Weird...
