For ex.:

"Mental" Skills:
Concentration
Experience
Technical insight

"Physical" Skills:
Talent
Aggressiveness
Stamina

"Personal" Skills:
Charisma
Motivation
Reputation

This last 3 are already grouped/sorted well. Could be just a matter of reordering the first 6.

I mean I know it's a bit dinosaurish but I know the driver skill order by heart, so if someone sends me a pic of a driver in Russian (that happens more often than you'd think), I don't need to understand what all the funny Russian letters mean. It would take a while to re-learn that.

I get it. But honestly, I couldn't care less about it. I'm still using the in-game Notebook and just found out some Organizer. Wonder how I can insert older data... I'm a Newbie Rookie. :-)

It's all arguable. Motivation could be mental too. And I said "physical", not physical.
