That weather can't be right, I've never seen a forecast like that in my almost 1000 races. The max temp in each half hour of the race is the minimum temp of the half hour before? Everyone's setups will be way off at various points in the race...
The temperature difference from start to end is more significant to car setup than the fact it might rain!

I had classes at the University from 14:30 till 19:30 and was wearing shorts and a polo shirt.

That looks like a typical day here in South Africa. Just need the afternoon thunderstorm that lasts 30minutes in between and then 10degree temp spike back up and I'd feel like Im racing in my backyard😂
Easily that hot midday, peak heat of the day, around 2pm to 3pm and then temps drop right down by 5pm to 6pm as the sun goes over the horizon.

The game can suprise you with something new even after 1000 races. I can't think of a better advertisement.
Plus, if you're worried about having a subomptimal setup during any part of the race then you could erase that worry by picking a setup that's suboptimal for the whole race. :)

It depends on your driver's avg top 30's per fortnight.

At least, all the tyre suppliers will have their own peak temperature .....
From the qualifying sessions until the end of the race, no one will be frustrated .... ;-))

Since I haven't put in the effort of calculating the temp/humidity influence on setups, yet, I can guarantee you that my setup will be way off during the entire race :D
