Sujet: Rookie cars with high OA drivers |

Can someone explain to me, please, how nine of the managers in Rookie29 are going into the second race of the season with drivers over 85 OA? Three of them are 89, 90 and 97!

Motivation ma'am. Rises fast in rookie.
OA diff between 0 and full moti is quite big too (20+)
Edit: add to that a few other means (one of which is training) that make moti rise fast, and you'll see drivers approach 100OA within 2 races

Rookie drivers are just happy to be active and are unfamiliar with the word "last".

you get driver with 85 overall , renew contract, that gives 50mot + psycho training +good race result . + again psycho training . And before R2 , it’s almost 95overall

The high motivation itself not leads to good race performance because the drivers needs skills to finish a race with good position with little to no mistakes. You can have a 85 oa driver in rookie but you can get 100+110 oa drivers once the motivation reach the max level. In rookie you need to manage to improve 2 stats mostly and watch your motivation to no grown too high or go negative -15mill at least to lose all the extra motivation.
