People watching the Elite race propably know were this comes from.

When you get a race ending random (we all love randoms don't we) you don't suffer moti drops.
But when you have a non race ending random (or even 2). Your driver still finishes, but a lot worse then you would, you still get moti drop. If I think about it, my driver should be filled with aggro after that race. I know I am.

You feel you could have done better, but a **** random prevented it, but you still managed to finish the race (maybe even in points). Imagine how that person (driver) would get out of the car.

+10 aggro for each random.

So you may add 20 aggro to my driver yes.

And he dropped motivation after that race. He should be motivated as hell to destroy everyone that crosses his path.

Not your best idea :P

Would make life miserable for those trying to manage OA in the lower leagues.

I agree, lap 72 puncture!! 2nd to 11th. I slammed laptop shut and didn't watch the end. My driver should have that much aggression!!!

Indeed. Imagine you get a random and then lose your driver because it makes it impossible to renew contract (in addition to everything else that may have happened because of a random).

While these types of things may benefit those in elite and those in the lower leagues that are no longer concerned with losing motivation, the majority of players are not in that situation. Making such changes that only work help a small portion of managers while being unfair in design most of the time is not good game design I think.
