I follow the news quite well...but as I am not blinded by propaganda and my brain is not boosted by vodka...I read the news bit differently. Strategic agreement is the similar wording to special operation...You will supply cheap raw materials...that is all your value for Chinese.
And you are wrong also in your second statement. Chinese are having great history and brought to civilization many inventions. Asians are recognized as most inteligent race...And not only from this reasons Europeans do not consider them as ordinary natives...But I am pretty sure Chinese consider as ordinary natives the Russians... :-)
You can bet your left ball on that...or both :-)

Russians - in Paris
On March 31, 1814, Russian troops led by Emperor Alexander I triumphantly entered Paris. The French empire ceased to exist.
The allied forces of Russia, Austria and Prussia entered the territory of France at the beginning of 1814. On March 29, the allied armies (about 100 thousand soldiers, of which 63 thousand Russians) approached the front line of defense of Paris. The French capital was defended by a 40,000-strong garrison. The battle for Paris was one of the bloodiest battles for the allies. In just one day, they lost more than 8 thousand soldiers. 6 thousand of them were Russians.
The fighting for the suburbs of Paris was fierce. However, then the Parisians were surprised by the humane treatment by the Russian soldiers. “Everyone was in amazement, seeing the extraordinary freshness and perfect organization in our army, which, according to Napoleon, was all broken, scattered,” wrote one Russian officer. “The cleanliness of weapons, ammunition, clothing and order in the ranks amazed everyone (Parisians) to madness.”

No, we're just a big country.
In the Czech Republic, there are 0.0074 square kilometers of territory per inhabitant.
In Russia, there is 0.117 square kilometers of territory per inhabitant.
Almost 16 times more

so this is supposed to be that awesome outcome of your "strategic agreements" with Chine? Have you noticed you are replying to that? I was expecting to hear from you you will achieve something bigger than that you will stay the same...because that is exactly what I was saying ...China gets cheap raw materials to grow and develope itself....and Russia will stay the same:-))
