Quote ( Dominik Karda @ February 24th 2015,21:44:31 ) Wopke did great in race 1, nice fifth place! Teemu was 19th, but well... hope he improves ;)
And 8th place in race 2, very pleased with my results tonight although I did go off track big time in race 2 :D

Are here anyone who can create tracks to rF? I tried in Bob's Track Builder, but I can't.

Hi again guys, I've had Endurance Series SP3 for a while now, and I've just downloaded the Blancpain Endurance Series mod.
It seems the BES car got much less grip, and their tyres are overheating like mad whenever there's some unwanted spin like on understeer. Is it normal or it's just because the BES physics are badly done/ES tyre model give too much grip?
And well, with BES, I waited a minute in the pits, and the tyre temp dropped a whole lot more than on ES.
Which one is more realistic?

Do we have alot of rFactor players around here ? I guess it would be nice to do something like a Time Attack championship, which doesn't require anyone to be here at a set point of the day/week.
Would anyone here be interested ? If we can get some players then I'll happily develop my ideas, and eventually try to host this.

The 2007 BMW Sauber or any other Mod based in that original platform. If it’s heavily modified away from that, usually it’s bullshit. Exceptions:
If you look for aesthetics then the SRM-1990 is cool but internal sound sucks.
If you look for historical accuracy then the F1-SR 1991 Historic Edition is THE mod but beware, the tyre model is a bit oversensitive and the cars are hell to setup. It is a fun mod to do Hotlaps with different cars and compare, for example, what a piece of crap the Modena-Lambo or the Footwork Porsche was against the McLaren or the Williams. I can be super fast with the 7up Jordan, even more than with the Ferrari or the Benetton. The Lotus-Judd is slow but lovely to drive... endless fun!

This was my favourite rfactor F1 mod of all time - this forum used to hold rFactor races and this mod was one of the seasons - would be great if there were people still around on the forums to do a few races :)

The 1979 mod still is pretty good too, even on rF1.
