I'm not trying to be a forum nanny, but Placido you should post in your group forum (which can be found under the Communication box of the home page) instead of starting a new general thread:
/gb/forum/GoToGroupForum.asp
For everyone else:

Managers don't seem to be chatty there (some Rookie forums can be like that with new managers in and out every 2 months) but you should feel free to start a conversation there and you will hopefully get responses from other managers in your group and perhaps "The Mann" himself. ;-)

I don't think it's that impossible to win, I've not won all the races, have I? 4 others have won this season too, so it's more than possible for you to win, you just need everything to go right for you, as it has for myself. Keep trying buddy, it might happen sometime soon!
